This mandate is for our Gurgaon office within in the Sales & Marketing function.

Job Description

As an Associate Consultant, you will:

- Define your own strategy of development in line with the global strategy

- Acquire and develop your portfolio of candidates and clients through networking and commercial actions

- Evaluate, select and present the most suitable candidates to internal stakeholders

- Become a subject matter expert in your market with ambitious business development objectives and aspirations

- Advise candidates during the course of the assignment and represent yourself as a true business partner to some of the world's most reputed companies

The Successful Applicant

Michael Page looks for enthusiastic individuals who have:

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School with 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting

- An entrepreneurial spirit with highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate and energetic persona. You should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- A strong flair for client facing roles

- Tenacity to excel in a dynamic, challenging and results based environment
