Role :

- Around 10-11 years of experience in Packaging Development function in Personal care domain preferably in a global organization.

- Should have a strong track record of driving fundamental innovations in Packaging particularly in Consumer products space.

- Be well versed with all development protocols including design, development and implementation of new packaging solutions across multiple locations.

- Possess a sound understanding of different packaging materials and formats.

- In-depth knowledge of Sustainability principles and trends that are critical for driving packaging landscape for the future.

- Have a good understanding of cost structures for different packaging materials and systems and a track record of driving cost saving initiatives for achieving desired cost targets.

- Have a good network with global supplier base in order to bring in latest technologies and concepts that are available globally.

- Be aware of the specific requirements to service different channels like E-commerce. Modern trade and general trade

- Have a very sound knowledge of mould development and qualification protocols including moulding platforms and latest developments in this domain.

- Should be fully familiar with design and simulation softwares used for development of rigid packaging structures
