Department: Content and reporting to Content Head

Job descriptions:

- Creation of customized packs as per respective market needs

- Device Local Content strategy which can provide market advantage to DH

- Use data analytics for tracking pack penetration and content suggestion for each markets of DH such that overall revenue is maximized

- Integration of OTT services into cable packages to provide both live TV and on-demand content Drive development of high-quality original content that sets DH services apart from other competitors

Skills and personal competency:

- In Depth Knowledge of Broadcasting Distribution, Annual/Strategic Planning, Data Analysis, MS Office Tools

- Customer Orientation, Strong Communication Skills

- Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills

- Should be proficient in English & Hindi.

- Qualification - Post Graduate/MBA with Expertise in Sales and Distribution

Experience 12-15 years in Broadcasting/DTH/Cable TV
