Mandatory Requirement:

1. Candidate should have experience in structuring infrastructure financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of the associated documentation

2. Should be proficient in developing strategy, financial planning, project delivery, and business management.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and explore multiple packaging concepts based on the needs/wants of the products.

2. Ensure the development of prototype/representative samples.

3. Understand the feasibility of concepts, including machine suitability, materials, costing, etc., for the successful commercialization of packaging projects at the manufacturing location.

4. Track projects regularly to ensure the defined timelines are met.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments like QA, RA, NPD, and Production for the execution of packaging projects.

6. Develop KLDs and packaging specifications.

7. Conduct transit trials based on product requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Skilled in preparing and sharing end-to-end reports of all assigned stores and their status with the Reporting Manager.

2. Possess cross-functional expertise in managing procurement activities by liaising with vendors for cost negotiation.

3. Excel in formulating budgets, implementing systems/procedures, conducting analysis, and preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhance overall efficiency of the organization.

4. Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and an analytical approach.

5. Expertise in project finance documentation and related procedures.
