- End to End responsibility for packaging of Foods

- Driving packaging cost savings for the category - Liaising with brand, packaging development and factory teams for necessary decisions on KLD, trials, transit trails and smooth implementations of initiatives

- Packaging Audits and Compliance across factories - Conducting technical packaging audits across factories

- Capacity planning & preventive maintenance - Planning additional packing machines in plants to avoid capacity drop on account of grammage drops and establishing preventive maintenance schedules for the upkeep of packaging machines.

- Packaging efficiency improvement - Tracking packing efficiency across factories and driving initiatives to improve the same

- PQRS score improvement - Ensuring packaging related score losses in PQRS are analyzed and necessary corrective actions are taken at plant to reduce the score losses

- Market Complaints reduction - Tracking packaging related market complaints and working with cross-factory task forces to reduce the complaints

- Kaizen generation and implementation - Identifying Kaizens for efficiency improvement and quality improvement along with factory teams and ensuring the implementation of the same across factories

- Compliance to Legal Metrology - Understanding of coding related requirements
