Growth Manager

At Paavan, we're building a space for people to re-discover Indian heritage and knowledge systems and lead a fulfilling and conscious life in the modern world.

India is one of the oldest civilizations and has been a source of rich knowledge across sciences, literature, architecture, and principles of meaningful living. And for a long time, globalization and modern education had pushed it to the sides. Made even worse by a feeling of being regressive/conservative for anyone who practices it.

But this is now changing and people across the world are adopting these practices like minimal living, saatvik food, etc. which is regaining popularity even in India.

Our broad vision is to bring those learnings to the forefront again, with practical applications in modern lifestyle

It was founded by three IIT-Delhi graduates who believed that Indian learning systems are the pillars of the world & need to bring in the right context & form. They have realized that the biggest problem for the users is to find correct & authentic information about any topic from our culture, history, shastra, dharma, heritage. How the learnings from these topics can be applied in the modern perspective.

Paavan is an early-stage angel-funded start-up pushing towards growth & is looking for passionate people to join their team.

Roles & responsibility

We are looking for a passionate & diligent growth manager who will plan & execute new strategies & ideas to spread the word about the app. This is a high-ownership role with a great career trajectory. The candidate will brainstorm & execute the project end to end managing his own P&L.

You will be required to work closely with the founders to plan & brainstorm new strategies & also execute the decided upon strategy. New initiatives will include spreading the word via social media, WhatsApp & other channels targeting the right audience to optimize cost per install.

The candidate should be a go-getter with a knack for problem solvers along with great analytics skills to be able to read through data & drive valuable insights from the initiatives. The role will require thinking for out-of-the-box solutions & implementing best practices in the industry along with establishing new ones.

Requirements

- Candidate should have a high growth appetite

- Should have the desire to go beyond to achieve his/her goals

- Education is no bar but a good analytical mind is a must

- Should have 1-2 yr experience as an operator, team building & executing projects
