Paavan - Content Curator & Analyst

Paavan is looking for a Hindi Content Curator who will be responsible for expanding the content horizon at Paavan. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, real-time creative environment and understands what makes good and engaging digital content.

Roles & Responsibilities :

As a content curator, you'll be responsible for identifying and surfacing content on the Paavan platform for seamless consumption.

Content Sourcing :

- Understand target audience & consumption pattern to create a content strategy

- Identify content gaps via online/user research research and articulate strategies to fill those gaps

- Find credible and accurate content on various themes in spirituality, culture, vedic and devotion

- Have an eye for detail- Assess and evaluate existing content to gauge its sanctity and health, information, titles, descriptions, tags etc.

Content Curation :

- Assess and evaluate existing content to gauge its sanctity and health, information, titles, descriptions, tags etc.

- Sort, arrange and organise content for easier consumption in the form of playlist

- Maintain accessibility and security of digital assets across teams; including editing and discarding outdated content

- Identify newer ways to surface content and maintain freshness on the platform

Content Tagging :

- Catalog and store digital assets in our CMS for easy access across teams

- Labelling existing and future content using pre-defined tags, keywords and descriptions

Skills Required :

- Education (Bachelors/Masters) from Tier-1 colleges

- 1-2 yrs of experience in content sourcing, curation etc.

- A keen interest in concepts of spirituality, Dharma & Bharat is preferred.

- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and how people consume content

- Familiarity with content management systems, tagging tools etc.

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to cope with multiple projects & deadlines while delivering results

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Enthusiastic, high work ethics and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Have an eye for detail
