Paavan - Assistant Manager - Business Development

Paavan is looking for a business development rockstar who will be responsible for expanding the content pool at Paavan. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, real-time creative environment and understands what makes a good supply for business.

This is a critical hands-on role that demands high delivery & ownership. You will work closely with the founders to solve the content creation problem.

Key responsibilities :

- Understand our content horizon to identify expert creators and touchpoints to reach out

- Contact, pitch, negotiate & onboard subject matter experts on the platform

- Identify new categories of creators to expand the supply force

- Building rapport & relationships to maintain a steady flow of content

Desired Skills :

- A result-oriented graduate/PG with 2-3 years of experience in business development

- Passionate & diligent with the ability to work in a pressured environment

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required Superior negotiation

- Ability to think out of the box & find out new, innovative solutions

- Stronghold on data & ability to take data-driven decisions

- Open for extensive travel

- Strong bend towards spirituality and Indic knowledge systems

- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics
