About us :

A start-up, based out of Pune, and focused on parking space and automobile services. We seek out to disrupt parking space with automobile services market by combining two. We envision being the trusted market place for parking and automobile servicing - all enabled by advanced and cutting-edge technology.

The Team :

The founders have in the aggregate over 9 years of cross industry experience. It is his 2nd startup, first one is successfully running (www.blissbasket.com)

Currently we have one project manager with 10+ years of experience and two developers with 2+ years of experience.

We are looking for self-driven, problem solvers with strong analytical skills to join our team with a drive for excellence and committed to making a positive difference. Position : Co-founder & CTO

Location : Pune

Role :

- You are responsible for setting up the technology infrastructure, modelling the technology design and developing platforms and tools that are central to the firm's offerings. The technology platform is expected to scale up significantly and will be the key to the firm's future growth and profitability.

- You are expected to be fully hands-on and drive the execution from inception through architecture, design, and implementation. You are a key player and solely responsible for product development & its commercial roll-out.

- You will lead the technical team that would build the product platform which converts our idea into reality and scale up the venture. You are a key member of the leadership team comprising of highly focused and energetic individuals who work in an apolitical setup where all that is valued is merit and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Tech Enthusiast from a premier institute (IIT/BITS) with significant development experience.

You also possess :

- Superior analytical, technical, problem-solving & decision making abilities

- He has to roll up sleeves- for coding, intuitively pick up and use any new language/protocol/framework

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, an ability to articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences

- A love for the intensity, chaos and passion of start-ups,

- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities :

- Core member of the founding team and lead the technical aspects of the venture

- Lead the development and delivery of a multi-year technological road map ensuring the deployment of architectural solutions that are secure, scalable, comprehensible & maintainable

- End to end responsibility for the product technology from evaluation & identification of appropriate technology platforms to architecture, design and build (in-house or outsourced)

- Create the entire information architecture of the company

- Set the tone for best practices in technical operations - architecture, design, project management, coding & testing and rigidly adhere to their implementation, adjusting as needed

- Conceptualize & deploy information security framework

- Recruit, mentor, build & lead best-in-class technology team

- Communicate the technology vision, opportunities & challenges to key stakeholders viz. employees, customers, & investors

Desired skills :

- 2+ years of experience working across web consumer technology, App development, database structure

- Superior design thinking with high bar for quality standards

- Tried their hands at front end development (HTML, CSS)

- Advanced level skills framework design and backend technologies (PHP, NodeJs, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, cloud programs and server tech

- Sound understanding of app development frameworks (iOS & Android)

- Hands-on experience coding in popular MVC frameworks

- Experience in data extraction, transformation & load working with structured/ unstructured datasets

- Experience and ability to setup software processes, organization planning and building activities such as hiring and coaching teams
