P2P (Procure to Pay)
Skills ( Must Have)
- Strong Domain knowledge with end to end P2P understanding
- Independently completes financial accounting activities which include Financial Reporting, P&L, Helpdesk, Invoicing process, Payment, Intercompany settlement.
- Coupa / Oracle / SAP/ Workday / SNOW experience (atleast 2 mandatory).
- Knowledge / problem solving experience on integration of workflow to ERP challenges
- Management experience preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with management, team members(if any) and client;
- Excellent skills in MS Office, (MS Excel, PPT, Word, project plan etc.)
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
- Ability to prioritise and schedule workload;
- Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement, Responsibility, accuracy;
- PMP / AP Certification would be helpful
- Transformation skills on problem identification, solution, execution & result delivery on toolkits like Lean Six Sigma, Digital transformation or any other problem solving toolkit
- Drive ideas and work with the team ensuring people skills are also updated
Skills( Good to have)
Netsuites exposure / Process Maps Creation /SOP preparation, customer handling
Six Sigma Trained - Tested and Green Belt Certified with DMAIC

Job Description: Procure to Pay
- Working with the Client Service Manager Transformation Leads to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met;
- Acting as an escalation point for all related issues raised by the client. Ensuring the fast resolution of these issues and also finding ways of preventing them from happening again;
- Communicating with the client to ensure that the accounts department complies with the latest changes in the procedures;
- Developing good client relationships;
- Developing a motivated and energetic team;
- Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Client.
- Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
- Quality Assurance
- Ensuring delivery of transitions processed as per SLA
- Ensures team bonding
- Esnure full attendance of team
- Meeting SLA Targets
Security Roles & Responsibilities:
- Updates himself/herself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.
- Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.
- Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.
