BNC is hiring diversity candidates For P2P Tower lead role For manufacturing client (GSS)
Process Delivery & Reporting:
- Support the team creating/ changing the Purchase order in SAP on the basis of PR & Comparative statement for all categories like Raw materials, Resale, Services, Transport, CAPEX, spares, consumables, etc.
- Managing the Invoice processing cycle (Park, Post, Payment) along with timely vendor reconciliation
- Identify, and understand the open purchase requisitions, and comparative statement and create PO based on the same.
- Coordinate with stakeholders like PtP RO Lead, PTP, GSS Leads, Finance Lead, C&F agencies, vendors, transporters and resolve the queries
- Review the various reports prepared by the team related to the overall purchasing of the organization
- Follow-up & track with vendors for dispatch and readiness of the materials/ goods, follow-up with the vendors to obtain the required delivery documents for import/ domestic deliveries
- Share the necessary documents like delivery related documents, transporter details with the plants, warehouses, users for GRN.
- Follow-up with C&F agencies, and support the purchasing team to clear the import shipment on the port
- Follow-up with the finance team to pay the custom duty
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to track, and follow up with the vendors for delivery
- Follow-up with vendor for statutory and financial requirement like GST, MSME certificates.
- Extract the data from SAP S4 HANA, and create reports based on required formats
- Provide information to the Tower Lead on work accomplishments, problems, progress in work processes, individuals and team needs
- Report Process Dashboards on various performance metrics internally to the PTP Tower Leadess Dashboards on various performance metrics internally to the P&C Functional Lead
Overall Team Management:
- Manage individual team members performance, identifying the training needs of the team and ensure nominations
- Manage allocation of work to members of the team, back-up, and leave/ absenteeism planning
- Allocating tasks/ duties to others within a team and ensuring cohesive team working
- Accountable for meeting and prioritizing own targets/ deadlines and those of others within agreed standards and procedures
Issue and Escalation Management:
- Identify potential sensitive issues and escalate it to the appropriate level
- Act as a first point of contact for escalation and resolve issues with PtP processes.
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
- Improve operational efficiency by exploring new ways of working through process improvements
- Innovate ways to automate process by rolling out quality initiatives
- Adherence to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed with the business in the area of Accuracy, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction
- Implement better work practices to achieve high standards of work and maintain established work procedures
- Provide quality service/ advice in accordance with agreed service standards
- Work with the functional leadership in the retained organization and with the GSS leadership to develop and improve the existing services offered by the PtP GSS team and also in expanding the suite of services offered by the PtP GSS team.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Ensure a customer centric and partnership approach to develop strong relationships with other working groups
- Effective communication of issues across the GSS and working groups
Knowledge Management and Retention:
- Service delivery processes are documented and reviewed regularly to ensure its appropriateness. Keeping up-to-date with changes to policies and procedures.
Transformation and Change Management:
- Support GPO's including identification, proposal development and other pursuit activities for transformation
Stakeholder engagement
- Develop and manage regular engagement with the stakeholders (internal and external) for predictable service delivery.
- Provides regular performance updates to appropriate stakeholders
Leadership tasks:
- Competence development
- Balancing of workload and assignment of tasks
- Internal and external conflict management
Management-responsibility:
- Directly responsible for PtP workstream service delivery and development of GSS P team
- Determination of KPIs to be achieved
Preferred candidate profile
1. Minimum qualification: CA / MBA Finance. Basic technical education would be an added advantage
2. 15-18 PQE experience in an industrial enterprise is must
3. Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors.
4. Knowledge of the internal core processes. (SAP , Concur)
5. Shared Service Centre understanding. Operating in muti-cultural organization.
6. People and Project Management Skills
7. Must have expertise in SAP S4 Hana and MS-Office
8. Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
9. Strategic Thinking and Action, Result orientation, Innovation and Change, Leadership, Communication and Co-operation, Diversity
10. Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts
