Job Purpose :
- Architect the Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Campus strategies for Ozone Overseas and drive its implementation to ensure the evolution of a people focused and market leader organization known for its people practices.
Primary Accountabilities :
- Proactively Link Business Objectives to Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to design, plan and implement creative, best-in-class recruiting initiatives and solutions
- Build credible, trusted relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring and business needs, challenges and business objectives
- Develop sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, networking and unique opportunities/events, building a pipeline of diversified talent
Talent Acquisition Process Setting & Automation :
- Implementation Applicant Tracking System & HRMS and ensure the system gets accepted internally & matures over the period of time
- Implementation of Assessment Tools for Selection of Right Talent
- Source and assess candidates utilizing innovative and cost effective recruiting techniques
Campus Hiring & Young Talent Management :
- Partner with Leadership Teams and HR Stakeholders to design and implement/ execute Campus Recruiting Strategies
- Engagement of talent at campuses - guest lectures, Invite Head & faculty of institute to premier events, Communicate success stories, Support scholarship/ events etc.
- Automate the Campus Selection Process of Trainees, design & implement On the Job Training Module based on the Organization need and successful placement of Management Trainees into Fast Tracked Career Roles.
HR Reporting and Analysis :
- Aligning Hiring Plan as per the approved Manpower Budget aligned with the Business Goals.
- Custodian of HR/ Talent Acquisition Budget, review them periodically to ensure proper utilization and direct implementation of measures to drive cost optimization
Knowledge and Experience :
- Should have 10 Plus years of experience in HRM with relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Automation
- MBA/PGDM in HR Preferred
- Stable experience with 1-2 Process orientated fast paced organizations
- Must have exposure to Assessment Tools, NewGen ATS or HR ERPs
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
- Extensive headhunting/recruitment experience, particularly with building diverse teams
