The Candidate must be a law graduate from National Law School, preferably from Bangalore/Delhi or from any other reputed law school, with having minimum of 3 to 5 years of experiences in handling Litigation Management and having court practice is surely an added advantage.

A) Qualities :-

- Critical Thinking and Analytical Abilities: The candidate must have capacity to critically evaluate legal issues, precedents, and evidence is foundational.

- He must dissect complex legal problems and construct logical, persuasive arguments.

- Case Assessment, Research and Drafting Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct initial case evaluation to determine the merits of the case, potential outcomes, best course of action, mastery of legal research, ability to draft clear, concise and compelling legal documents, such as drafting of pleadings include Statement of Claim, Statement of Defense, Rejoinders ,Written Submission , motions, briefs, legal notice, reply to the legal notice, are crucial.

- Proficiency in legal databases and research tools is also necessary.

- Negotiation and Mediation Skills: The ability and skill to negotiate settlements and mediate disputes is critical to resolve cases favorably without needing a trial.

- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Managing multiple cases, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively for maintaining efficiency and ensuring that no aspect of case is neglected.

B) Doman Expertise:

- Arbitration: The Candidate must have very good proven take records and achievements in dealing with Arbitration of complex nature, well conversant with Arbitration proceedings, have in-depth knowledge and ability to handle multiple Arbitrations independently.

- Civil Court Exposure: Must have well conversant with court proceedings including small courts, High Courts and Supreme Court.

- Criminal Proceedings: It is expected that the candidate must have through knowledge of dealing with criminal matters specially arising out of commercial transaction, filing reply to notices, dealing with Police, EOW inquiry, quashing application etc.

- Academic Knowledge: The candidate must have in depth experience and knowledge of The Arbitration and Cancellation Act, 1996, The Contract Act, 1972, The Transfer of Property Act, 1882, The Registration Act 1908, Specific Relief Act 1963, CPC, CRPC and IPC etc.
