JD - SEO & Content Manager
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Content Strategy and Development:
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, landing pages, and other web content.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Technical SEO:
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and indexation problems.
- Implement schema markup, redirects, and XML sitemaps.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on key SEO and content performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Content Marketing and Outreach
- Plan and execute link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Repurpose and distribute content across various channels (social media, newsletters, etc.).
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align SEO and content goals with broader business objectives.
- Manage and guide freelance writers, editors, and other content contributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with local SEO and international SEO.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in SEO and content marketing.
