Are you passionate about driving government sales and fostering strong customer relationships? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Government Regional Lead for the West & South regions (Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad & Chennai/Bangalore).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive government sales in the region, focusing on Govt/PSU/Defense/BFSI sectors.
- Take charge of the entire business cycle, from identifying opportunities to signing MOUs, tender bidding, and customer onboarding.
- Exhibit a hunter mentality as an individual contributor, relentlessly pursuing new prospects.
- Cultivate robust connections with government officials, demonstrating sincerity and a positive attitude.
- Thrive in a self-driven environment, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in government or related sectors.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
