OYO Rooms - Program Manager

Overview : This role is a part of Central Revenue team of Oyo vacation Homes. Oyo Vacation Homes is Europe Business Unit of Oyo. It is one of the leading vacation rental companies in Europe, it is active in all segments of our industry: from full service providers Belvilla and DanCenter to the online marketplace Traum-Ferienwohnungen. Our aim is to create happiness and bright unforgettable memories for our guests, homeowners and partners.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholder - Operations team, Supply team, Pricing Team to work on revenue improvement projects at hotels/ home

2. Lead end-to-end project management activities for a diverse range of projects, working closely with different teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Pricing, OTA, Marketing, Conversions, Data science

3. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks and work with stakeholders to maintain project timelines

4. Generate insights for other business and product teams by providing them understandable and actionable reports from data

5. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Well versed with MS Excel (advanced)/ Google Spreadsheets

2. Should be able to prioritize in fast-moving complex environment and produce solutions despite complex requirements

3. Good skills with a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives

4. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Experience in designing and executing projects

6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines and handle pressure

GOOD TO HAVE:

1. Understanding of SQL

2. Past experience in travel/consumer tech industry is a plus

3. Basic Understanding of statistical modelling principles
