Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist with a passion for driving growth and maximizing ROI through various digital channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels including SEM, paid social, display advertising and affiliate marketing.

- Create comprehensive campaign plans aligned with business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation.

- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance, including ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Budget Management:

- Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation across different channels.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and cost-saving measures.

- Provide regular budget forecasts and reports to stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize analytical tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.

- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, Tech and Finance to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that resonate with target audiences.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through UX/UI enhancements, optimization of landing pages, and conversion funnel analysis.

- Implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey, from awareness to purchase and beyond.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.

- Proven 2-3 years experience in performance marketing roles within ecomm, Travel, Fintech or any other online industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, -Instagram and affiliate marketing platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Singular or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to stakeholders.
