Mobility Manager
- Manage the end-to-end mobility requirements for employees who are travelling out / returning including design of salary package
- Liaison with the external agencies for documentation and ensuring all inputs made to the relevant stakeholders for taxation, filing purposes
- The position will also support the Global Rewards team for appraisals, compensation analysis, etc.
- Manage international assignments through the assignment lifecycle; for assignments, into the Europe / Middle East and US. Consultant will be key contact point for assignee and the business, through the full assignment lifecycle (assignment start, extension, repatriation)
- Provides Global Mobility guidance to the HR and business community around policy, process, budgeting and timelines
- Engage and liaise with external service providers such as relocation agents, VISA and immigration
- Assisting and directing employee at various stages of their relocation and acts as a point of contact for an assignee
- Works closely with HR operations to ensure smooth updates of HR database and Payroll
- Manage social security implications of international assignments, ensuring certificates of coverage are obtained where necessary, and/or voluntary contributions are upheld
- Ensure total compliance with immigration legislation, maintain policies on illegal working; apply for visas and work permits and track expiry dates; provide practical, commercial advice to the business
- Demonstrable in-depth experience in International Assignment lifecycle and processes
- Understanding of tax and social security associated with International Assignments
- Experience of using ECA or other similar tool for preparing mobility calculations
