JD for Training and Quality Manager Role purpose: To manage knowledge and skill development for external and internal staff so that they can effectively perform their activities. To create, update and manage training content and training delivery along with manage Quality compliance of processes. Manage the development of external and internal staff and support the development of internal functional talent. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Development of training content on new systems and processes, Skill &amp; Knowledge development for Key Roles and maintain Training &amp; Certification throughput. - Quality adherence via detailed process audits and internally, map &amp; gap analysis, RCA- s - Facilitate R&amp;R programs, engagement activities for teams. - Support operations in Process Design and Development for seamless operations and driving productivity Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: - Training Content Design - Analytical skills, good with MS office including MS Visio - Communication (written and spoken) - Strong Interpersonal Skills - Customer Service/Experience/Sales/Inbound or Outbound Contact Centre Background - Hospitality/ Telecom / Customer Services background with at least 5-8 years in training &amp; quality. Key performance indicators: - Call Quality Management - Certification throughput and Product Knowledge scores - Number of training programs created and implemented - Drive Customer Experience Excellence with target achievement
