Job Description: i. Responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the self operating businesses division ii. Lead and execute various projects/initiatives &amp; accountable for increasing the awareness levels of the staff in the various processes, products and service quality for international business iii. Ensure scorecards are developed and monitored in order to monitor progress towards established goals iv. Collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholders - Central Teams &amp; Field-ops to design and drive ops metrics Required Skills: i. Sound understanding of numbers and data with the ability to quickly understand a situation and take decisive action that is bought into by stakeholders ii. Varied knowledge of business workflows, operation processes and systems iii. Should have a knack for Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive into core issues using data, and driving improvement and optimisation of metrics through different stakeholders iv. Should be ready for travel for international expansion. Desired Experience: i. Experience of at least 4 years for a candidate with a bachelors degree from a pedigree college or at-least 3 years of post MBA experience from a reputed university ii. Candidate with experience of working in startups is preferable iii. Candidates with six sigma green belt/black belt certification is an added plus
