Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization:

- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including app push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, from concept to completion.

- This includes planning, content creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.

- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email and app push campaigns to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for all marketing channels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in CRM and marketing automation.

Customer Journey & Automation:

- Manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure accurate customer data, segmentation, and targeting for personalized communication across channels.

- Design and implement customer journeys with automated workflows to nurture leads, convert prospects, and enhance customer retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content marketing) to create visually appealing and effective email -templates and marketing materials.

- Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment between all marketing channels and achieve overarching marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.

- Proven experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e. , Mailchimp, HubSpot).

- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing.

- Experience with other marketing channels (app push, SMS, WhatsApp) a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
