We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Manager specializing in Operations and Litigation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing legal aspects related to operations and handling litigation matters within our organization.

Location: Gurugram sec 69, Haryana, Work from Office

1. Operational Compliance: Provide legal guidance to ensure that day-to-day operations align with legal requirements and best practices.

2. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

3. Litigation Management: Oversee and manage litigation matters, collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.

4. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential legal risks associated with operational activities and litigation, proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.

5. Legal Documentation: Prepare and maintain legal documents, agreements, and records related to operations and litigation.

6. Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes related to operations and litigation, working towards swift and effective resolution.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to address legal concerns and ensure seamless operations.
