Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The

Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new 4-star and 5-star properties to expand Sunday's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the hospitality industry, with a focus on upscale properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential 4-star and 5-star hotel partners in the designated region.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements.

- Present Sunday's value proposition and negotiate agreements to onboard new properties.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, revenue management, and marketing, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development targets and objectives.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
