About the Role:

- In this role, you will serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and driving successful project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze and interpret data, supporting strategic decision-making and project objectives.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

- Support ad-hoc data requests and create actionable insights for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

- Facilitate communication and negotiation among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

- Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.

- Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to support strategic business goals.

Project Management & Execution:

- Support project planning and execution, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Coordinate and manage tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and UAT teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors in computer science or engineering degree in any major stream.

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in a senior role.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
