Responsibilities: - Design, configure, project manage, optimize and execute multiple complex campaigns - Develop and execute growth strategies for certain target geographies - Complete ownership of driving revenue for particular geographies by leveraging through online channel - Understand user funnels and identify opportunity for improvement, and suggest best practices that can be leveraged across the team - Empathy and ability to understand user psyche and design engagement around that Preferred skills : - Strong command and proficiency in SQL, R / Python (added advantage) - Ability to understand and visualize product and marketing funnels - Candidate must be a high energy, can-do-person who can operate in a fast- moving start-up environment
