The person would be responsible for:

1. P&L focused- can run the MM like a full-fledged business and grow it exponentially. Typical MM will be a business of 50Lacs to 1 Cr per month, which will grow 8-10 times in an year.

2. Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, Cx with the right balance.

3. Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people.

4. Data focused decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making.

5. Ability to network with hotel owners, corporates and open structured channels of demand.

6. Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels.

7. Negotiation and deal closing abilities.

Location :- Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon & Jaipur

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
