Key Responsibilities : - Project reviews/financial oversight, time and expense oversight, invoice reviews, revenue/cost recognition, project reserve tracking and communication from the forecast - Active participation in the planning and budgeting exercise and ensure appropriate targets are assigned in line with the growth strategy of the company and in line with the management guidance and projections - Generating Finance MIS reporting for the management, Monthly Financial Flash reports, Monthly Closing of Books - Contract Pricing for Consulting, Outsourcing Engagements running into good dollar value deals - Driving Profitability improvement plans through Cost savings, investment rationing and strong focus on capital productivity and strategic cost management initiatives without sacrificing growth - Managing P/L, Cash flow & Balance Sheet growth and optimization - Forecasting and Budgeting : Ensured highest level of accuracy in preparation, closely tracking actual and variances and be a partner in management decision-making process - Variance Analysis, Cost and Revenue Analysis on Plan Vs Actual, Forecast Vs Actual, Expense Management Experience and Qualifications : - At least 3-5 years of job-related experience in P&L Management - CA / Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance - Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and online market research - Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required - Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management - Strong financial modelling experience
