Job Responsibilities - International Supply Finance: Financial Operations - Understand and familiarize yourself with OYO businesses and supplier relationships including but not limited to owner contracts in the respective country context. - Ensure strong understanding of different taxes, fees and commission applicable to hotel partners.&nbsp; - Understand the computation and calculation methodologies used at OYO for reconciliation for respective country markets.&nbsp; - Understand and familiarize with different Automatic Reconciliation system deployed at OYO.&nbsp; - Leading the respective country asset partner reconciliation in regular financial closure&nbsp; - Conceptualizing key capabilities and executing the concept to build product to provide superior recon and payments capabilities&nbsp; - Reporting of key performance metrics to the management for operational performance on reconciliation closure - International Supply Finance: Dispute and System improvement&nbsp; - Collect daily updates from business owners about different reconciliation issues being raised, highlighting recurring issues and taking appropriate action to solve issues. - Track and ensure dispute closure within the target TAT through coordination with Business owners and internal stakeholders on the unresolved issues.&nbsp; - Lead the effort on asset owner engagement and dispute resolution through coordination with field teams&nbsp; - Ensure compliance requirements are met for Fixed Assets tagging, invoice processing etc. - Conceptualizing interventions to reduce number of dispute; Developing products to handle disputes efficiently along with the tech teams at OYO.&nbsp; - Travel to different countries for owner engagement, corporate-client engagement and/or dispute resolution. - Advances, Payment and International Recovery&nbsp; - Design SOPs and establish control on different advances released to support our asset partners&nbsp; - Establishing Annual Operating plan on Recovery through alignment with country head and finance manager.&nbsp; - Ensuring implementation of AOP and placement of enablers to meet the AOP&nbsp; - Track the outstanding Recovery (Business + Advance) and ensure timely recovery.&nbsp; - Ensure regular MIS and follow-up on Recovery and advances to country owners and management&nbsp; - Preparation of country MIS for Monthly Business Review Meeting (MBRM) for the respective region.&nbsp; - Setting up an efficient payment process for your respective along with adequate controls - Setting up the corporate credit mechanism in international context. Skills Required : - Candidate should be a graduate from a Tier-1/Tier-2 college&nbsp; - Candidate should have 2-5 years of prior work experience.&nbsp; - Candidate should have demonstrated his prowess in solving operational challenges and improving system efficiencies&nbsp; - Candidate should be good with numbers and analytical skills&nbsp; - Excellent speaking and writing skills to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.&nbsp; - Candidate should have a basic understanding of supplier credit&nbsp; - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.&nbsp; - Candidate should be assertive and should have good interpersonal skills and good client management skills.&nbsp; - Should have excellent communication and people engagement skills&nbsp; - Candidate should demonstrate a reasonable understanding of accounting principles and terminologies.&nbsp;
