Position : The Treasury, Credit & Insurance Manager will have the responsibility to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company. Will need to drive financial management within the Company with third party service providers as required.

Broad Responsibilities:

Credit Management

- Proactively manage Credit of entire Customer Portfolio across all businesses.

- Work on Credit Proposals for New/Existing Customers with appropriate Payment Terms based on risk assessment.

- Working closely with the Commercial Team to ensure that Daily sales Outstanding (DSO) is maintained as per guidelines.

- Liaison and communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain an accurate position on customer accounts.

Treasury Function

- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

- Evaluate long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.

- Driving Workings Capital Improvements for the Company as a whole

Insurance function

- Liaoning with Insurance brokers for timely renewal of Insurance policies.

- Coordination with internal stakeholders to collect required details for renewal of policies.

Statutory Compliance

- Lead compliance with all Banking/FEMA related filings ensuring risk free environment for the business.

- Responsible for compilation of all relevant information for the applicable audits and liaise with the auditors as necessary.
