This position is mainly responsible for my client's Indian overseas office, personnel recruitment, administrative affairs, financial management and the management of domestic companies. The core demand is to help set up Indian overseas office, personnel recruitment and the normal operation of the company.
Have a lot of work experience, and need to know about the local working environment, working habits, religious culture, taxation and so on in India. also used to work in India
1. Responsible for the establishment of overseas companies, construction and management of daily office administrative assessment system;
2. Responsible for the recruitment, salary and welfare of local employees of overseas companies, as well as the development, construction and management of training;
3. Responsible for supply cooperation of overseas companies, personnel, finance and administrative management of domestic companies;
4. Responsible for the attendance check, salary payment and financial reimbursement management of overseas employees;
1. familiar with the local area of India, fluent in both Chinese and English, good at reading and writing, and able to work in a working language
2. Familiar with office administration, personnel and finance
3. Have certain team management experience and strong anti-pressure ability
4. Long-term assignment in India is acceptable
5. Study abroad in India in the early stage, and work in India will be given priority
