About the role:
- Outsized is looking for a Director of Operations to lead project delivery and manage a team of consultants. This is a critical role for the business and you'll be responsible for building client relationships, scoping project requirements and managing overall project delivery. You'll be working with senior leaders of some of the largest global brands in the financial services sector.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting (or equivalent) skill-set who is eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
Key responsibilities :
- Scope new client projects and define detailed requirements through workshops
- Support the sales process and manage senior relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage a team of consultants to effectively vet and match consultants to client requirements
- Manage project execution, quality assurance and expectations setting to ensure successful delivery
- Develop thought leadership focused on trends, reviews and insights across financial services

- 6+ years of BFSI experience in a consulting or in-house role
- Demonstrated ability to understand project requirements and deliver complex consulting assignments
- A dynamic and supportive leader who is capable of managing a team
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Eager to work in a start-up or high growth environment
