Most organisations who need a consultant cant afford to hire a large brand name consultancy, or their requirement may be too niche to be served well by them. Finding the right consultant is both extremely difficult and high stakes.

- Outd is the only platform dedicated to connecting financial services clients to boutique consultancies and freelance specialists. Outd launched in India at the end of 2015, and to-date has matched over 80 projects globally, leveraging a network of over 1,700 consultants. Outd is looking to grow its team to help manage its business in India and support global expansion. About the role -

Outsized are looking for a Director to lead growth in India and expansion into new geographies such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Middle East and North Africa. This is critical leadership role for the business and youll be responsible for winning new clients, supporting project delivery and generating repeat business from existing clients. Youll be managing relationships with senior leaders of some the largest global brands in the financial services sector.

This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment and lead the growth of a global business.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the P&L for Outd India, grow the business and support expansion into new markets

- Build and manage senior relationships with clients to win new projects and drive satisfaction

- Scope client projects and define detailed requirements through workshops

- Manage project execution, quality assurance and expectation setting to ensure successful delivery

- Manage the India team and develop thought leadership to support sales and delivery

Does this sound like you?

- 10+ years experience in the Indian financial services sector in senior consulting or other strategic roles

- Track record of achievement in developing creative solutions for senior audiences

- Demonstrated ability to develop business, sell professional services and close large deals

- Track record of having worked in a start-up or high growth environment
