- Preparation of MIS Reports for Managerial Review.

- Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly P&L.

- Audit Schedules Preparation & Supporting Audit - Statutory & Internal Auditors.

- Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors Ledgers.

- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and GL.

- Budget Preparation.

- Handling Bank transactions

- Preparation of Product Manufacturing Costing sheet and Job costing

- Tax Deductions & collection at source, Preparation of TDS certificates.

- Income Tax on Salaries.

- Central Excise Records Maintenance & Monthly Returns Preparation. Traded parts activity. Handling of Excise Audits.

- Imports & Export Documentation.

- VAT -100 Returns & C form issuance & collection.

- Liaison work with Bank & Govt. Authorities.

- Preparation of Annual Statement for Annual Survey of Industries

- Recruitment Training and Development

- Handling Time and Attendance

- Preparation of Pay-Roll.

- Other statutory compliances Like: ESI, PF, PT, Inspector of Factories, Pollution Control Board.

- Preparation of Salary Summary and Pay Cheques.

- Team handling
