OutNorm - Community/Social Manager

- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across various online platforms, including social media, forums, and other community channels.

- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely support.

- Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to keep the community informed and excited about our products and initiatives.

- Monitor community discussions and sentiment, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, marketing, and product development, to advocate for the needs and interests of our community.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and brand advocates within the community, leveraging their support to amplify our message and reach new audiences.

- Analyze community engagement metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

- Ideate, create and manage compelling user-generated content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand voice.

- Craft quality content, scripts, social media posts, and marketing copy that are not just read, but remembered.

Who You Are:

- You have 3-4 years of experience in building and managing online communities, with a proven track record of scaling them from 0-1 and beyond.

- Natural storyteller, with Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)

- Deep understanding of the social media landscape and what makes people click and engage.

- Comfortable in wearing multiple hats-creator, strategist, analyst, and community shepherd.
