Overview: Digital health startup currently in stealth wants to recruit first employee as a "Product Leader" in the Founder's office. Role is very entrepreneurial and high impact. Recruiting specifically from batches who graduated bachelors in 2021, 2022 or 2023. Given hiring is for the first employee, expect strong base, very strong equity ESOPs compensation, and high impact+learning.

Founder credentials: VC, MBB, investment banker, Ivy League MBA

Details: As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will work closely with the Founder to oversee product development from concept to launch, setting product strategies, working with Legal, Marketing and Partnerships, and VC fundraising. The role involves market research, refining product, and continuous monitoring and improvement of the product. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that offers unparalleled exposure to the workings of a fast-growing tech startup.

What You'll Do


- Go 0 to 1: Drive key strategic projects, working directly with the founders to solve critical business problems

- Product Development: Coordinate with Development teams, give product inputs, oversee development, ensure on-time-delivery

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Gather insights to support decision-making on GTM, business opportunities and risks.

- Special Projects: Lead high-priority, time-sensitive projects that shape the company's future.

Who You Are

- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, VC, product management, or high-growth startups.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills-can distill complex ideas into simple insights.

- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a bias for action.

- Passion for startups and the ability to wear multiple hats.
