We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager specialized in Sales Enablement to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using sales enablement platforms and will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that will enable our sales teams to be more effective and successful in their roles. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of our sales force through the creation of relevant content, tools, and training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement strategies that support our overall sales objectives.
- Define and document sales enablement best practices, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across our sales teams.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, target market, and competition to create relevant content, tools, and training materials that enable our sales teams to sell more effectively.
- Create and deliver training materials that support the onboarding and ongoing development of our sales teams, including product training, objection handling, and sales skills training.
- Manage the sales enablement platform and ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible for our sales teams.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment of sales enablement initiatives with broader company goals.
- Create sales playbooks and other enablement materials that provide clear guidance to sales teams on how to effectively engage with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
