Head Demand Generation
Folks with a strong SaaS/Product background are preferred
Key Responsibilities :
A. Establish a strong Demand Generation Plan and Process
1. Define a robust ICP as well as core target personas to ensure we market to the right audience at the right time
2. Define our entire omni-channel demand generation strategy encompassing organic inbound, outbound (through SDRs), paid advertising, partnerships, etc.
3. Ensure the demand process runs like a well-oiled engine by setting the right Inbound to sales process in collaboration with the sales teams
4. Define all digital strategies to improve conversion rates across the customer lifecycle
5. Oversee all marketing operations and ensure that we have a robust tech stack and the right processes and workflows setup
6. Develop strong GTM plans for new product and feature launches including setting the right growth expectations, selecting the right partners to help launch effectively, etc.
B. Own the entire Marketing-led growth and revenue charter
1. Own and drive top-line results in order to hit weekly, quarterly, and annual MQL as well as revenue contribution from marketing. You will own the MQL and Marketing-driven revenue numbers.
2. Ensure our SEO is up to scratch and constantly look for ways to improve traffic and website conversions.
3. Own all growth analytics. Analyze and stay on ahead of all campaigns, channels that are performing, hindrances to growth etc.
4. Constantly be on the lookout for newer channels and avenues for growth.
5. Optimize our paid advertising strategy, but constantly monitoring ROAS and ensuring all existing channels and activities have the right budgets allocated to maximize ROI.
6. Develop reporting methodologies to track and disseminate learnings with senior leadership across teams
C. Build a capable team to help move the needle
1. Build out a strong team to help propagate your vision and set high standards to transform into a world-class growth team in record time.
2. Build a data-first culture within the team and across the greater marketing team as well. Build a culture of experimentation where data is at the heart of every single decision that is made.
3. You will need to hire a team of 2 Inbound marketers (Paid + Organic), 1 operations associate. You will also be managing an SDR team of 9 individuals.
What our Ideal Profile Looks Like :
Must-haves :
1. 8+ years of experience driving digital and growth, working across the entire marketing funnel across both online and offline with a good track record for success.
2. Must have experience building and managing a team of at least 3 direct reports
3. Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights, all while being able to communicate these findings and action them accordingly.
4. Deep understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape, including channel knowledge in SEM/PPC, SEO, display, paid social, video, along with ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms.
5. Strong strategic thinker who can outline both long-term strategies as well as short-term tactics to achieve results based on data. Should be a believer of Data > Gut feel/opinion.
6. Strong collaborator with a track record of collaborating effectively across teams, and possesses impeccable communication skills.
