- Leads the SDM Quantitative Analytics Team, whose sole purpose is to produce valuations and analytics for OTC derivative and other complex asset types on a daily and intraday basis to be used throughout the bank and for clients of the bank.
- The OTC Derivative Pricing Manager will play a key role in the establishment of appropriate market data and models for valuation. He will provide leadership in quantitative analysis of derivative products and a technological vision to develop appropriate systems.
- The OTC Derivative Pricing Manager will develop processes and procedures for valuation, and work with onshore subject matter experts to ensure that appropriate controls are in place. This process should be created in a repeatable and scalable fashion to support the expedited demand of the team’s services.
- The OTC Derivative Pricing Manager will continue to support the day-to-day operations of the team, from all administrative aspects of the team (proper staffing during absences/illnesses/holidays; timely achievement of daily and intraday SLA with onshore teams; etc.) and will also be expected to troubleshoot issues arising in the course of daily production (issues with lapses in proper process execution, technological issue escalation and resolution, staff questions surrounding processing, price challenges and justifications, etc.) and communicate with onshore valuation and technological SMEs and front office staff for assistance with issues that arise offshore
- Additionally, the OTC Derivatives Pricing Manager will be expected to assist with management of small sideline projects arising from time to time, such as implementing new processes, new asset type coverage, additional market data sourcing, and communication of issues for system and process enhancements by onshore SMEs.

- Post graduate/MBA in quantitative finance
- 6 - 8 years management experience in Financial analytics
- 3 – 4 years experience in derivative valuation
- 2 + years working with OTC derivative assets
- Significant experience in BPO industry preferably with multi-national/financial service businesses (US-based).
- Significant experience in both OTC derivative processing and pricing
- IT experience helpful.
