- Strong Academic background in Finance and an MBA.
- Experience in the IB environment and knowledge of Securities is extremely critical.
- Experience and strong knowledge of managing a function composed of diverse transversal functions in a matrix organisational structure
- Successful customer service track record and the ability to foster a service oriented work environment
