OTC Head - Digital Marketing - Pharma/Healthcare

Mandatory Requirements:

- Candidate having exp. working with Pharma/ Healthcare industry or Products will be added advantage

- Fluent English Communication Skills,

Job specifications:

- Must be from Pharma Company,

- Strong in strategy designing and execution - must have done in his past career,

- Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing (including e-Commerce),

- Who has a great understanding of Market, Product, Consumer, and Consumer Behavior,

- Should have experience in Online and Offline market (70%- Online, 30%- Offline)

- Great in Change Management,

- Fair understanding of Supplements - Someone who either used or is aware of the importance of them,

- Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc.,),

- Good leadership skills,

- PG with 4-9 years of experience in the same domain (not more than that),

- Compensation would be open to the right candidate,

- Who is young and passionate,
