OTC Derivatives - Front Office - Mumbai/Chennai

Location: Mumbai/Chennai

JD:

- Support the bank as part of Front Office recon team required for adoption and post-adoption stages of a derivative middle office change management initiative

- Team will act as the first point of contact with Front Office Tech team and conducts several checks to ensure data quality of each migration

- Build automated checks around Data completeness and reasonableness

- The Team performs multiple levels of reconciliation and analyze the output to highlight as many data issues as possible

- Interact closely with FO Technology, LOB Technology & PMO teams to resolve issues

- Maintain high-quality records/documentation of all issues and resolutions discussed with client teams.

- MIS reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders

- MBA with Engineering background.

- Candidate with 3+ years of OTC Derivatives experience

- Strong Derivative product knowledge, exposure to change management and business analysis will be an added advantage

- Strong analytical skills

- Good Communication skills

Technical skills - Database management & SQL, VBA ( Python )
