Responsibilities :
- Should have an experience in directing marketing strategy, creating and positioning brands, determining the business direction and executing project plans
- Collaborate with the internal and external subject matter experts and thought leadership and digital marketing function to articulate and communicate value propositions through effective messaging and content
- Developing profitable & productive business relationships and building an extensive client base
- Generating new business and devising & executing business plans by leveraging comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the industry
- Insightful experience in generating growth in sales and revenue through conceptualizing and implementing excellent marketing strategies for growth hacks
- Work closely with the sales organization and managers to successfully identify business opportunities, support tools, new marketing tactics, and implementation in a timely manner
- Lead media strategy and planning for all brand campaigns and work with brand owners to identify KPI & goals, design, execute and measure working closely with brand teams as well as media partners
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis and assess potential impact to the business. Refine service differentiation while taking into account competitive shifts in the market
- Leading communication, social media team, sales team and lead generation, overall handling marketing team of fintech platform
Requirement :
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a start-up environment or experience in building brands from scratch, preferable fintech background
- Proven experience as a leader in the development of brands for the long-term
- Deep knowledge of marketing methods and strategies; experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs
- Solid quantitative/analytical and budget management skills
- You keep your cool while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work collaboratively across business functions
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow and adapt to rapidly changing business landscape
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation development and delivery skills
