Desired candidate profile for the position:
1. Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with Professional Degree in Business management will be preferable. –Psychology/sociology grad/post grad with MBA
2. Experience (Yr.) and Specification - Maximum – 3 yrs – 5 yrs
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Fluency in English & Hindi (written & spoken), Gujarati and Marathi is an asset
- Interpersonal skills, Co-ordination Skills
3. Key Deliverables of this role
- Actively doing research – writing proposals, doing the research, writing presentations
- Day to day involvement with projects for clients, including drafting proposals, questionnaire design, data analysis, interpretation and development of recommendations, and preparation of presentations of findings.
- Leading a project and accountability.
4. ‘Must have’ functional competencies
- Should have good co – ordination skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Should have Good Interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
- Commercial awareness
- Must be able to travel on work outside mumbai
5. Critical personality attributes
- Should have been in market research or related field
- Should be able to work in a team
- Should be able to interact with clients and maintain relationships
6. Possible growth avenues for a successful incumbent
- Can grow upto independent Project Manager over a span of time
