Responsibilities:
Market/Competition Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market and client requirement analysis.
- Stay updated on competitors' activities and strategize using our unique selling points (USPs).
Proposal-Contracting-Protocol/Process:
- Prepare and submit proposals in line with management-defined processes.
- Secure client concurrence through Agreement/LOI/Mail confirmation, adhering to terms and KYC requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in rate master and client code creation.
- Verify commercial details and terms conditions post-rate master creation to expedite invoice submission and payment realization.
Branch Top line and Bottom Line Accomplishment:
- Identify potential clients through various methods.
- Convert potential clients to contribute to branch top-line revenue.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Renew and retain existing clients through regular interactions and prompt responses.
- Manage bottom-line objectives to meet branch targets.
