Overview :
As a Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to meet our organization's human capital management needs. You will leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules to drive efficiency, improve user experience, and ensure seamless integration across our HR systems landscape.
Responsibilities :
- Development: Lead the development and customization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities, including configuration, custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support: Learn and understand Nielsen's configuration and existing EC implementation. Diagnose EC issues and provide leadership on administrative tools and functions that resolve user and system errors.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing processes and functionalities, and implement enhancements to optimize performance, usability, and scalability.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements, quality standards, and performance benchmarks, and address any identified issues promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing support.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, IT leaders, and end-users, to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Preferred - additional Onboarding 2.0 Support: Learn and understand Nielsen's Onboarding 2.0 configuration and existing implementation. Diagnose EC issues and provide leadership on administrative tools and functions that resolve user and system errors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 development, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Accreditation or Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, with a strong understanding of underlying data models, business processes, and integration capabilities.
- Preferred: Accreditation or Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, with a strong understanding of underlying data models, business processes, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile development practices, and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
