- As the Marketing Lead, you will lead Growth and Marketing efforts to drive pipeline growth and revenue for ORISERVE.

- The ideal candidate will take charge of our marketing efforts and drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and drive business growth.


- Leading our Marketing team and partnering with our Sales teams, you will implement strategies that generate opportunities that convert into customers.

Typical work week look like:

- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop a go-to-market plan that maps our sales strategy with supporting marketing tactics.

- Take a strategic approach and drive implementation of the marketing plan, working closely with marketing, partnerships and sales development teams.

- Create processes, SOP's and set KPI's to ensure effective execution of the GTM and marketing activities.

- Generate new leads and pipeline through inbound marketing tactics including email, events, Performance Marketing, SEO, Partner Marketing, Content Syndication third-party programs, etc.

- Orchestrate the creation of content and identify opportunities to leverage existing content and campaigns. (Work with a team of content writers and designers - orchestrating the content creation process)

- Create personalized, high-value customer experiences in programs that focus on understanding customers' needs across their buyers' journey

- Test and optimize existing programs to improve conversion rates, while experimenting with new creative concepts.

- Implement and manage multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns that span customer touch points and engage our audiences. (In-line with Sales teams objectives)

- Identify new tactics industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and opportunities to foster engagement and business growth

- Measure campaign effectiveness and analyze and report to leadership the ROI of marketing programs on a regular basis.

- Plan and manage the PR activities of ORI to create a compelling narrative around the brand.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow our online communities and forums across various social media platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and leverage innovative approaches to drive results.

Our ideal candidate should have:

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing / demand generation / digital marketing (preferably in B2B) or having a leadership role in a marketing agency.

- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs in a B2B market.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our audience, fostering meaningful discussions, and driving community growth. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, a passion for building and nurturing online communities.

- Strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the aptitude to work collaboratively and independently along with an ability to manage multiple teams.

- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect the dots with a varied audience.

- Capacity to understand complex technical concepts needed to develop strategic and engaging programs, paired with the logistical/operational prowess needed to plan and execute effective campaigns.

- You communicate clearly and with precision in person and in writing. You have strong copywriting skills.

- Proactive work ethic with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must enjoy working in an open, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

- You take the initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
