Responsibilities and Duties:
- Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards
- Work closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units to analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees
- Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned requirements of the organization
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs so skills and performance of employees meet the organization's requirements
- Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plan
- Stay on top of new ideas and trends in the industry so as to deliver better services
- Employee Engagement - To monitor effective implementation of Employee Engagement calendar
- Lead the Reward & Recognition program for Staff employees, annual R&R selection and organizing the Award function
