- To grow and strengthen Capital Market's business in the Industrial real estate space (Warehousing & Logistics)
- Origination of deals in raising debt (construction finance and LRDs) and equity for developers of warehousing and industrial projects, land sales and joint developments, sale of pre-leased assets, platform deals with large sovereign funds, pension funds, private equity funds and international developers who are keen in participate in the India growth story
- To leverage on relationships with developers of warehousing and industrial projects, land owners and corporates engaged in the warehousing, industrial and logistics sector.
- To constantly monitor the market for new investors, new sellers and projects/deals
- To undertake end to end execution of transactions (with the help of a deal team) and independently negotiate and close transactions which would primarily include
- Liaising with the client and all stake holders involved, ensure seamless information flow, signing of term sheets, assisting in due diligence process and ensuring final deal closure
- Manage and nurture client relationships, both on the buy-side and sell-side so as to constantly increase market share and win-hit ratio
Skills/Desired Experience:
- Relationships with industrial/warehousing developers, land owners and corporates
- Experience in the real estate related aspects of the industrial, warehousing and logistics sectors
- Experienced in having closed transactions in the warehousing and industrial space (Transactional experience)
