About the Role:

As a Product and Growth Manager at Origin, you will be responsible for spearheading strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your role will involve leveraging digital marketing channels to optimise the user funnel and enhance the lifetime value (LTV) of our users.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies, focusing on paid marketing, content marketing, and SEO to drive user acquisition and overall company growth.

- Analyse the user journey from initial interaction to final conversion, creating targeted campaigns and strategies based on these insights to meet monthly user order targets.

- Optimise performance across the user acquisition funnel by focusing on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV.

- Monitor and enhance campaign performance across multiple digital marketing platforms, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Perform periodic cohort analysis to evaluate user acquisition and retention metrics.

- Formulate hypotheses and conduct rapid experimentation to validate findings, applying these insights to refine and improve marketing campaigns.

- Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key improvements and areas for further optimization.

Requirements and Qualification:

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing within F&V (Fruits & Vegetables), Quick Commerce, or E-commerce sectors, with a proven track record in user acquisition and app downloads.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies, beyond tactical campaign execution.

- Strong capability in planning and leading marketing programs from concept through to execution and analysis.

- Proficiency in using customer and product lifecycle management tools, including Branch, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
