- Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters and Coordinators) to implement and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
- Drive offer process including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
- Take process improvement initiatives and handle small programs
- Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of our talent acquisition team"
- Fulfilling manpower requirements through effective Talent Acquisition
- Managing referral money payout, joining bonus, notice buy out
- Reduction / Optimization of recruitment cost
Required experience (education & competency) :
- 1-3 years recruiting experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Exhibited strong persuasive, convincing, relationship building skills
